I just want to start off with saying, I am not very comfortable riding with many transportation companies because I was in a car accident recently with a medical transportation company, and come to find out, their van was not even registered. It was not a good experience. I cannot be more comfortable riding with any other company than Phenomenal! Mr. Gerald ( I think thats how you spell it) is the most kind man I have ever met. He gets out of the van and opens the car doors for my boyfriend and I every time he picks you up or drops you off. This man is in his early 80s of age and has more kick in him than most people do at age 30. I cannot say enough good things about him!! If every employee was like him, or heck every person in general was like him, this world would be SUCH a better place. This company is amazing and has the best employees!

A Truly Phenomenal Experience
I’ve had not just one, but two incredibly pleasant experiences with Phenomenal Transportation Services — and both involved an amazing father and son duo, Mr. Gerald and his son Jeremy.
From the moment I got into the vehicle, I felt safe, respected, and genuinely cared for. Mr. Gerald was not only courteous and professional but also full of wisdom. As we rode together, he shared life gems that I’ll carry with me long after the ride. It felt like I was traveling with one of my cherished elders.
Jeremy, on the other hand, brought a refreshing vibe to the experience. He played some truly great music during our drive, which made navigating traffic feel calm and enjoyable. His energy was kind, respectful, and down-to-earth — just like his dad.
Both of these gentlemen were not only accommodating and helpful, but also genuinely pleasant to be around. It’s no surprise they both referred to Phenomenal Transportation Services as “family.” I left each ride feeling exactly that — like family.
Phenomenal Transportation Services is lucky to have these two representing them. I’m grateful for the experience and would absolutely recommend them to anyone seeking safe, respectful, and truly uplifting transportation.

Phenomenal medical transportation was sent to my home to take my husband to his therapy appointment. The drivers name was Jeremy was very professional, with a call letting us know what time he would arrive and when he was in my driveway. He was patient,,and caring in helping my husband and myself into the car and carefully placing my walker in the truck. . He encouraged us why we were to wear our seat belts with good reasons to buckle up and arrive to our destination safely. Jeremy was concerned with our comfort while riding and the conditions of the weather out side for it looked like it was going to rain and air condition in the car. The music he had on in the car was not arkward and not loud and pleasing to listen to. Jeremy was assigned to our returned ride home. Again Jeremy had pleasant conversation and he drove paying attention to the rules of the road and we arrive home safe.There need to be more drivers like Jeremy driving for medical transportation services. Thank goodness

Phenomenal Home Care has been nothing short of phenomenal! Last Fall, I switched to this home care service for my daughter after the first one fell through. After leaving a messge to inquire about services, Ms. Frasier (the owner) personally called me that evening to talk about the company and my daughter. She is kind, caring, and extremely knowledgeable of Medicaid waivers among other things. I was very new to everything last year and she has helped guide me through all of my questions (and cotinues to do so!) We went through a few aides in the beginning (no fault from the company), but Ms. Frasier has stayed on top of everything and has made sure to match us with a good aide. My daughter's current aide has been with us for a few months now and she feels like family! I highly reccommend this company to anyone who needs nursing or ADL services for their loved one.
