Dowell is a pleasant driver and excellent driver. He's so polite and always makes sure I'm comfortable. I've ridden with him several times and I would prefer to ride with him for every trip. You need more like him!!!!!!!!
This was the third home care service that my mom switched to. Finally found one, that while may not be perfect, do strive to be as close as possible, even owning any mistakes that might happen. And those mistakes have all been communication snafus. However, direction and follow-through are a strong quality with this service.
License plate N16-764 driving 45+ through the school zone on 03/04/25 with speeds of almost 60 mph through 35 mph. They thought they would cut everyone off, then decided at the last minute that they wanted to turn right onto Kempsville. They stopped in the lane to cut over in front of a large truck. I got it all on video, don't put your logos on your vehicles if you're going to drive like crap!
The driver(Mr. Ronnie) is a very kind, prompt, as well as courteousness in the handling of the passengers(seniors and others) that he is transporting to their medical appointments.
Phenomenal, thank you for all of your services.
