Would give less stars if I could. They left my 81 year old father sitting out in the heat for over an hour after telling Anthem they would be there in 20 minutes. We ultimately had to cancel our trip with the insurance company and the insurance company ordered us a Lyft. (Which was there in six minutes.) Claimed they didn’t know where the Oak Vasser Medical Building was. But you’re a medical transport company? In the area? We blocked them from our account and I will be reporting them to CMS. Mind you, they dropped us off two hours prior (but you couldn’t find us?) and the driver was laughing about keeping people waiting while having a personal phone call during the trip. Unbelievably unprofessional. I see why they have a one star rating. Shouldn’t even be in business at all. At least not with Medicare. Mind you, I’m a Licensed Medicare Agent in 17 states with eight different carriers. I WILL be reporting tbe incident to CMS. Our seniors deserve better than this trash.
This is by far the worst medical cab, it has been my displeasure dealing with them not showing up on time or not at all. I'm a dialysis patient this is against my actual health when this happens. Very poor service, I wish I could give 0 stars
Never used this service but the way they drive and park in a parking lot is ridiculous. That's why you guys have only 1 star. If I could share the picture I took nobody would use this service.
