During a non emergency traffic movement, whoever was driving this vehicle would have hit my car if I didn't do a hard break. They just wanted in my lane to go to the gas station. This is very unprofessional.
Horrible communication and always late for pickup time. The have issues understanding that if a trip is 25 minutes away and it takes 15 mins to get patient in van, that they will miraculously make a trip with pickup 30 minutes before appointment time. Drivers are very professional although always late. Dispatchers are not organized nor upfront and honest with status. One dispatcher said they were already at location which actually was 15 minutes after.
I'm really disappointed and possibly a rehaul of office and dispatchers. Horrible service
This multi-state transport company truly cares for its patients and staff. I would recommend them to my family, friends and anyone who needed reliable and safe transportation.
I have several ambulance transport companies take me to my appointments. The service I received from the crew of two of your medical transport was absolutely awesome feeling. I am glad to know that there are professional people who care about their patients. The service was a 15+++++++++. The crew was Jack, Jaime, and Deja Christopher and Jacob Edwards. I will let the Department of Veterans Affairs know to contact your company in the future. God Bless America
