Richmond Ambulance Authority

Stop using lights and sirens to speed and run the left turn lane from Hermitage to Leigh. You do this several times a day and by the time you get to Dinneen St the lights and sirens get turned off an you let off the accelerator. You can watch as the ambulance pitches forward and the nose drops when the let off. I don't care how good you people are at assisting the injured, this is a school zone with children and when you finally hit one I doubt there will be much left to save

Extremely overpriced for a very short ambulance ride. $1847 for a 1.9 mile distance. Bad customer service, hard to reach and unwilling to help.

Had to call 911 as I has having severe chest pains and difficulty breathing. I had never experienced something like before and was very scared. The gentleman and lady that helped me were very nice and talked me through the whole experience and had calmed me down. Your EMTs are very professional and calming. Thank you so much.

I had to use the Richmond Ambulance, on Wednesday night, I must admit was fantastic from ring 999 till around five minutes later they been on my door step. I must say thank you to Alexander and Lee , I believe there was third person who was actually, with the service for 25 years. I really appreciate they help and attention. We have used the Richmond Ambulance Authority twice in the last five years and have been thoroughly impressed by the EMTs who assisted us. They were knowledgable and personable, taking extra time to reassure us and see us through our difficulty. Thank you so much for all you did for us!
