Driver for this company was driving in an out of traffic in a high rate pf speed. Also on the phone and almost caused my daughter to have an car accident. After calling the company the receptionist got mad at me and hung up on me. She is very rude don't use this company very unprofessional
The worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. I called to find out why my ride never showed up. I was greeted by a rude disrespectful women by the name of Mame or Mimi. I wish I could give 0 stars,
This company had a pick up time for 10 am to pick me up and take me to am 11am appointment after many phone call they arrived at 1130 am and drove me all over the place to take me to my appointment arriving for my appointment at 1150. I told the driver to wait since I did not know If the doctor could see me. The doctor was in with a patient so they sent me to get my xray. I went out to get my ride after looking for him for 15 minutes I called for a return ride at 1253. It is now 251 and again that keep telling me 20 minutes every time I call. Do not use this company.
