Worst company. I set up a ride over a month in advance and when the day comes I'm told they rejected the trip, they don't let you know anything unless you call the company they work for and by then it's too late. If they know they can't accommodate a trip I don't understand why other steps can't be taken to assure people make their appointments, they don't even have the common courtesy to let patients know anything. New ownership has made no difference, they overbook constantly and just leave people hanging. I was told this ride was approved and scheduled but here I am missing yet another appointment.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the transportation service I recently utilized. I had a ride scheduled over a week in advance, and the driver confirmed via message the night before that they would be picking me up the following morning. However, when the scheduled time arrived, the driver did not show up.
I attempted to reach out to both the driver and Swift Transportation, but I received no response from either party. This ride was for a weekly infusion treatment that is critical to my health, and missing even one appointment can have serious consequences.
The lack of communication and professionalism in this situation is concerning and unacceptable. I hope this feedback will lead to improvements in your service.
