I was very happy using this company to get my 83-year-old mom to her eye appointment. She is not able to walk and has to use a wheelchair. Finding transportation is not easy and I wanted one that could keep her in her chair on the way to her appt. They were the only one that had a picture of their van that showed me the ramp and how it would allow her to get into the van. Their vans are equipped with bolts and straps specifically made to lock down the wheelchair/transport chair. They were on time and were very pleasant to deal with. I will be using them for all of my mom's future appointments.
I used Tidewater Express Transportation today to have my mother transported to her Dr's appointment I have been very happy with the communication via e-mail and phone and the quick and reliable service. I switched to Tidewater Express Transportation after being disappointed with another transport service. Tidewater Express even called me to see if I was happy with the service provided. Kudos. I will be using them in the future when needing transport to an appointment.
Tidewater Express is a 5 star transportation service. I just started Dialysis on 12/16/23; I was using Huber and Lyft; They never on time, and sometimes they don’t even come to transport me to Dialysis at 0600. A patient at Dialysis, Ms Jones, introduced me to Tidewater Express, she said she has been using them for 4 years, and has no problem.
Tidewater Express drivers are professional, courteous, and go above and beyond from my own personal experiences; I highly recommend this company to my family and friends. The owner Jay is very nice as well, and returned your phone call within a few minutes.
