We have used Trinity for my 84 year old mother taking her to and from radiation treatments for the last 3 weeks, they are always on time, and always have a smile I can not say enough good things about the workers that have picked my mother up. they have shown her such compassion and care that she loves them all. I highly recommend Trinity service to anyone
I’m currently in inpatient rehab at SCCH. I had an appointment for follow up at Carilion in Radford today. Trinity not only didn’t show up but no one answered the phone when Nurse tried to call to see where they were. Now I have to have appointment rescheduled and it could possibly push back my next surgery. I sure hope they are hiring because they either need help or need to replace a few people.

2 years agoI'm finished with dialysis at the same time 3 days a week. For some reason Trinity can't ever pick me up when I'm done. They're either 15mins-1hr late
