This service has the best drivers! Each one has been courteous and helpful as well as safe and considerate ( e.g., slowing down when going over rough roads). Additionally, the cars are well maintained. I will always choose this service when given an option!
Update – July 14, 2025:
Still no response from UZURV support despite multiple follow-ups. My background check has been marked complete since June 30, and both of my vehicles (a 2020 Lexus and 2019 Toyota Corolla) are fully inspected and documented. My account remains suspended with no explanation, and no one has reached out directly.
It’s disappointing that a company whose platform serves vulnerable communities chooses to ignore its drivers until public complaints are posted. The so-called “response from the owner” doesn’t appear to come from anyone with actual authority, since no action has followed.
I’ve saved all communications and documentation. I will continue to update this review and escalate as necessary until someone at UZURV provides a real resolution.
Drivers deserve better.

I am a driver interested in signing up with UZURV. Many Uber and Lyft drivers are eager to work with a better company because these platforms have been unfairly cutting driver earnings. Millions of drivers are searching for better opportunities.
However, after reading several driver reviews, I am reconsidering my decision. It seems that driver support needs improvement, and I don’t want to waste my time if these issues are not addressed.
Additionally, the requirement for 2015 and newer vehicle models feels a bit excessive. Many experienced drivers have well-maintained older vehicles that are still in great condition. Easing this requirement could attract more drivers to your platform.
I encourage UZURV to prioritize driver support, as drivers can be your best marketing tool through word-of-mouth. If you take care of your drivers, the company has the potential to grow into a billion-dollar success.
They will deactivate your account for no reason or for simple, easily solvable issues. A careless call operator can report whatever they want about you—sometimes just because they don’t like your voice or accent. Once they mess up your account, it affects everything, because they also report to the city (in my case, TriMet). After that, it becomes very hard to apply for any city job.
Once they assign you to a ride, it’s very hard to get out of it without facing consequences—especially if something happens to you at the last minute. They have no mercy on their drivers. Can’t find your rider? That’s your problem. They don’t care—you must find the rider, or you’ll be deactivated and reported based on whatever the call center claims.
I use UZURV via AccessLYNX primarily for work. It has been a huge help and I am so fortunate to have them as my primary service provider!! The drivers are generally kind and talkative, vehicles are clean/safe, and I LOVE not having to use the van service from AccessLYNX- UZURV is truly the best! I do wish there were ways to track the vehicle when it is on the way or to reserve a more precise time when booking trips instead of going through the TransDev/AccessLYNX website and customer service phone number (which is awful, they should take hints from UZURV's operations!). I also wish the service was available after midnight- I HATE getting stuck on those vans when getting a ride late at night, UZURV doesn't operate overnight according to AccessLYNX. Overall I love UZURV and I look forward to getting rides for years to come!
