Just got taken for the ride of my life. Between the unusable back seat (the seats were broken) and the driver being in general rude and then threatening me when I requested to end my ride early. I am a bit shaken by my experience. I will never recommend or use again!
I can't believe they sent a bus/van that was two feet off the ground whereby an individual over 65 can't even step up into it without falling. it's disgusting transportation for the elderly because boarding and exiting is an accident waiting to happen due to the vehicles inaccessibility unless you are in a stretcher or a wheelchair. I would have been better off taking a city bus! At least the driver was incredibly nice to make up for it.
Ras John is a great guy and a superb driver really well manered . There dispatch was fantastic with phone calls the night before and apon arrival. Your in good hands with this company
