My mother had an unexpected last minute doctor's appointment made and she was unable to ride in a car. My father called Zip Transport Services. They were able to take them to the appointment and bring them home even with less than 3 hour window! They were fantastic! Very nice and professional! I totally recommend them and we will use them in the future when we need their services!
My driver was shareice (don’t think I spelled it right). She was very nice and patient with my sister. When I called and made the appointment they were very nice and knowledgeable of the location I wanted transportation to and from. Very reasonable price too. I will be using them again in the future.
I recently had the pleasure of meeting the owner at a industry conference this weekend brushing up on her skills. Training and education is so underrated in our industry.
This shows the care and dedication of a company that aims to provide the best service available. The community should be proud! Go Zip!
Late, didn't let me know, once here, no one would help get my mom in the bed. If a company is transporting patients then they need to help them get in bed or chair once in the home. No longer matters my mom passed away.
